Text messages from Islamic Souls

What we text

• Sign-in and security codes — a 6-digit code when you sign in or confirm it's you.
• Alerts about your own page — for example if someone reports your passing (so you can stop it if it isn't true), or if someone asks for an amana you keep for them.
• Messages you asked to receive as a successor or family member — when a member names you and gives your number, and when their page is released to you.
• Updates you ticked — only if you ticked “Text me when something I asked for is fixed or a new feature goes live”.

We never send advertising from other companies, and we never sell or share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing.

How you agree

You give us your number on the “Your account” step when you get prepared (islamicsouls.com/prepare) or in your page settings, and you choose whether to tick the box for update texts. Security codes and alerts about your own page are sent only to the number you gave. A successor's number is given by the member who named them, and the first text explains who named them and how to stop further texts.

How often, and the cost

Message frequency varies — most people get a few texts a year, and codes only when they ask for one. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from us. Reply START to begin again. Reply HELP for help, call (844) 732-1055, or write to info@islamicsouls.com. You can also untick update texts or remove your number in your page settings at any time.
